Yes, we offer free in-person consultations and estimates. This visit allows us to walk your space, understand your vision, discuss design ideas, and evaluate site conditions. To make the most of this meeting, we ask that all decision makers be present—so we can ensure everyone’s goals and preferences are heard from the start.

What should I expect at my in-person consultation?

We’ll walk your space and have a relaxed, no-pressure conversation about your goals and ideas for the space. We’ll talk about things such as functionality and design preferences. Whether you have a clear vision or just a few thoughts or inspiration pictures, we’ll explore design solutions that fit your space & style.

Do you provide 3D designs or renderings? Are they required?

Yes, we offer 3D designs and renderings, available as an optional add-on. While not required, they’re highly recommended—they help you visualize your space before we build, ensuring everything aligns with your vision.

Can I phase my project over time?

Absolutely. We can plan your project in well-organized stages, allowing for a smooth progression over time. Our team ensures each phase is thoughtfully designed to align with your long-term vision and flow seamlessly into the next.

What areas or regions do you serve?

We serve a wide range of Chicagoland suburbs and Northwest Indiana communities.
On the Illinois side, this includes Matteson, Lynwood, Flossmoor, Frankfort, Olympia Fields, Homewood, and Glenwood. In Northwest Indiana, we work in St. John, Dyer, Schererville, and the surrounding areas.
